I live near st. clair shores, michigan and am looking for a local medical marijuana center. I have bad back pain and I am seeking a treatment besides pain pills like vicodin which tend to upset my stomach. I already know there are centers out in southfield and grand rapids, but that’s a drive away. Any help would be greatly appreciated
