What is the best non invasive treatment for cervical disc ruptures/herniations?
••?bizeb?•• asked:
I just got back my MRI results and I was told that I had two cervical ruptures C4-C6. I have had pain in my neck, shoulder and arm (hallmark symptoms), however it has lessened over the past 4-5 weeks but not completely gone. Does anyone have experience with dealing with what I understand to be a very common problem?
I have been working on better posture and using pain management medications (NSAID’s and Tylenol).

I’m looking forward to seeing these answers, as I have both a herniated disc AND a bulging disc with anular tears. Mine are in the lumbar, and are pressing on my spine, so I am doing like you are (posture & meds). I have also found PT, stretches and water exercise have helped a bit and I see a chiropractor.
All of this has made my situation bearable, but I’d like to know if there is anything that might help even more.
I feel for ya! Good Luck!
