Try using a cold pack, or muscle rub :) Also do the back exercises where you get on all fours, relax your back and then lift it until it is straight, don’t hunch, that could make it worse. I hope you feel better, pregnant pains are no fun.

I HAVE THOSE PAINS AND THEY ARE SURE TO GET WORSE WHEN U ARE FARTHER ALONG. IF YOU HAVE ANYONE WILLING HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A BACK MASSAGE. A HEATING PAD SEEMS TO WORK WELL OR USE A HOT WATER BOTTLE. WHEN YOU SLEEP TRY TO LAY WITH A PILLOW BETWEEN YOUR LEGS AND ONE BEHIND YOUR BACK. AVOID WEARING FLAT SHOES ALSO GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER

As soon as you become pregnant your body starts changing, especially your hormone levels. Your increased hormones make your ligaments soft and stretchy, including the ligaments in your back. Unfortunately this also makes them painful, but every woman is different. Some women start noticing some mild back pain after just a few weeks, and some never have it.

I know it can be very aggravating, but the best you can do is be very careful about your posture and back mechanics. Avoid bending and lifting, and when you have to bend, bend at your hips and keep your back straight. If you have other little ones try to avoid picking them up as much as possible.
