Lower back pain and cloudy urine with white strands in it?

I have really bad lower back pain which is spreading up towards my waist. My urine is cloudy with white strands in it. Any ideas what could be wrong.

    Agree with cupcake, sounds like kidney disease. You need to see your doctor straight away and get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
