Just get like a hot pad or something and take it easy..I had a work out pain a few Weeks ago and I was out of work for four day. lol But just take it easy.

Rest and take 3 advil every 4-6hrs. as needed. But rest is the important thing to do. Lay on the cough and watch some movies. Take it easy.
